COMMON QUESTIONS

We focus on interactive activities designed to be fun for children while teaching them about perseverance and developing their problem-solving abilities. Our pack takes pride in the variety of pack and den-led activities including hands-on building, volunteering, learning about our environment, taking trips to nearby areas of interest, and so much more. Every week is an adventure!

Our Pack meets Mondays 6:30pm - 7:30pm at Kelly Elementary during the school year.

Our Pack strives to keep costs as low as possible for families. While there may be occasional additional expenses—such as discounted museum admission, optional Pinewood Derby car upgrades, and other miscellaneous items, the current annual fee is $85. Please note that a scouting uniform and handbook are also required.

We have a limited number of spots available in a few of our dens. Please inquire today!

Children are organized into grade-level based groups called dens. All of the dens (K-5th grade) make up the larger Pack. Lions are Kindergarteners, Tigers are first graders, Wolves are second graders, Bears are third graders, Webelos are fourth graders, and fifth graders are Arrow of Light.

Yes! Cub Scouting operates through volunteer leadership, so your role as a parent is the secret to a successful Cub Scouting program. Parents help coordinate the activities and help run the den meetings. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing children grow with your help!

Cub Scout uniforms, workbooks, camping supplies, and other materials are available at ScoutShop.org. However, we highly recommend shopping in person at the North New Jersey Scout Shop in Oakland, NJ. It's an experience in itself!

Our Cubmaster, Rob Reese II, is always happy to chat about scouting. You can reach him at rob@cubscoutpack110.org

WHERE KIDS LEVEL UP

RANK ADVANCEMENT

As Cub Scouts dive into exciting challenges and explore the world around them, they progress toward their next rank (no need to earn the previous one first). Along the way, they complete six action-filled Required Adventures and choose at least two Elective Adventures that spark their interests.

Each Required Adventure is designed to reflect the core values and goals of Scouting, helping Scouts grow in character, confidence, and skills, all while having a blast. With every badge earned, Cub Scouts take another thrilling step on their journey of growth, leadership, and discovery.
